New Issue: Australian Power and Gas sells A$1.2 million more of convertible notes in A$3 million sale

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 17 - Australian Power and Gas Co. Ltd. said it completed a A$1.2 million tranche of a A$3 million private placement of convertible notes. The company raised A$1.8 million in the first tranche on Aug. 29.

The company sold 1,800 notes at A$1,000 apiece to Arthur Phillip Nominees Pty. Ltd. in the first tranche and 1,200 notes in the second tranche.

Australian Power is an energy provider based in Sydney, Australia.
