U.S. trustee files new list of Solutia equity committee members

Washington, Oct. 13 - The U.S. trustee filed the latest list of the members of Solutia Inc.'s equity committee with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York Wednesday.

This list is the second amended list.

The committee's members are Jonathan Couchman of Couchman Partners LP, Robert Hoffman of Candlewood Capital Management, Jeffrey Watkins of Prescott Group Capital Management LLC and Richard Kuersteiner of Franklin Advisors Inc.

Solutia, a St. Louis-based chemical company, filed for bankruptcy on Dec. 17, 2003. Its Chapter 11 case number is 03-17949.
