Moody's affirms Solo Cup

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a speculative grade liquidity rating of SGL-2 to Solo Cup Co., and affirmed its B3 corporate family rating.

The outlook is stable.

The rating reflects Solo Cup's adequate cash flow, covenant cushion and availability under credit facilities. Moody's said.

The rating remains sensitive to the company's level of funds from operations and cushion under financial covenants. A significant negative variance in operating performance would pressure the rating, the agency said.
