S&P: Solera outlook positive

Standard & Poor's said it revised its outlook on Solera Holdings Inc. to positive from stable and affirmed its BB- corporate credit rating and the BB- rating and recovery rating of 3 on the company's first-lien credit facilities.

The agency said the outlook revision reflects the company's continued improvement in operating results, which has allowed it to improve its adjusted debt leverage and cash flow protection metrics.
