Solectron to price $150 million 10-year notes on Tuesday

St. Louis, Feb. 13 - Solectron Global Finance Corp. intends to present a planned $150 million offering of 10-year senior subordinated notes in an investor call scheduled for 11 a.m. ET on Tuesday, according to an informed source.

The offering is expected to price on Tuesday afternoon.

Banc of America Securities has the books for the notes which will be sold via Rule 144A with registration rights and Regulation S.

The notes come with five years of call protection.

Proceeds will be used to repay at maturity the company's 7 3/8% senior notes due March 1, 2006.

Credit ratings on the notes remain to be determined.

Solectron is a Milpitas, Calif., electronics manufacturing services provider.
