Hong Kong's Solargiga Energy plans to sell renminbi-denominated bonds

Madison, Wis., Aug. 16 - Solargiga Energy Holdings Ltd. announced it plans to issue renminbi-denominated bonds.

The offer size, price and interest rate will be determined through a book-building exercise.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Solargiga's subsidiaries are engaged in the manufacturing of monocrystalline silicon ingots and wafers. The holding company is based in Hong Kong.
