SOHO China plans roadshow for dollar notes with five lead managers

Atlanta, Oct. 26 - SOHO China Ltd. is planning a roadshow for an offering of dollar-denominated notes with HSBC, Morgan Stanley, Standard Chartered Bank, Barclays and Goldman Sachs

Proceeds from the Regulation S deal will be used for general corporate purposes.

SOHO China is a Beijing-based property developer.
