Softpro Systems considers issuing convertibles, other securities

Tacoma, Wash., June 4 - Softpro Systems Ltd. said it may raise funds through the issuance of convertible securities, equity shares or warrants or any other instruments on a preferential basis.

The board of directors will discuss the matter at a meeting on June 12, according to a company notice filed with the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Softpro Systems is an enterprise and collaborative solutions provider based in Hyderabad, India.
