New Issue: ANZ prices $100 million 0% callable notes due 2043 at par

Lexington, Ky., March 28 – Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Ltd. priced $100 million 0% callable notes, series 2094, due March 30, 2043 at par, according to a final term sheet.

The notes have an amortization yield of 4.93%.

The notes are redeemable at 261.31578134% of the total principal amount. The bank may call the notes in whole on March 20, 2030 at a price per calculation amount of $2,801,094.14, on March 20, 2035 at a price per calculation amount of $3,563,084.07 or on March 20, 2040 at a price per calculation amount of $4,532,360.38.

The final redemption amount of each note is $5,226,315.63 per calculation amount.

Australia and New Zealand Banking Group was the dealer.

The notes were issued under the bank’s $60 billion euro medium-term note program.

The financial services company is based in Melbourne.
