Societe Generale talks $750 million five-year notes at 125-130 bps over Treasuries

Virginia Beach, Sept. 9 – Societe Generale SA set price talk on Wednesday for a planned $750 million offering of senior notes (A2/A/A) in the range of 125 basis points to 130 bps over Treasuries, a market source said.

Societe Generale is the bookrunner for the Rule 144A and Regulation S sale.

The financial services company is based in Paris.
