Societe Generale plans to price dollar-denominated offering of notes

Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 8 – Societe Generale intends to conduct a U.S. dollar-denominated offering of notes, according to a press release.

SG Americas Securities LLC is the stabilizing manager for the notes, which are expected to have a stabilization period that begins on Tuesday and lasts until Nov. 15.

Societe Generale is a Paris-based banking and financial services company.
