Societe Generale readies two-part offering of notes; talk emerges

Chicago, June 2 – Societe Generale is shopping a two-part offering of fixed-rate notes, based on information from a market source.

The bank is planning a series of notes due June 9, 2027 talked in the Treasuries plus 125 basis points to 130 bps area.

Additionally, the company plans on selling a tranche of notes due June 9, 2032 with talk in the Treasuries plus 160 bps area.

Barclays, Citigroup, RBC, Societe Generale, UBS and Wells Fargo Securities are the bookrunners.

The investment bank and financial services company is based in Paris.
