Societe Generale talks 20-year bonds at Treasuries plus 185 bps area

Los Angeles, Feb. 22 – Societe Generale plans to price bonds due March 1, 2041, according to a market source.

Initial price talk is in the Treasuries plus 185 basis points area.

BofA Securities, Citigroup, JPMorgan and TD Securities are the bookrunners.

The investment bank and financial services company is based in Paris.
