Moody’s revises SQM outlook to negative

Moody's Investors Service said it changed Sociedad Quimica y Minera de Chile, SA's outlook to negative from stable and affirmed its Baa1 senior unsecured ratings.

"The negative outlook was prompted by SQM's ongoing arbitration procedure, which uncertain outcome could affect materially the company's revenues and profitability," Moody’s vice president Alonso Sanchez said in a news release.
