S&P affirms Autopista Central

Standard & Poor's said it affirmed the BBB underlying rating on Sociedad Concesionaria Autopista Central SA's (Autopista Central) senior secured notes.

The outlook is stable.

The rating reflects the higher of the underlying rating and the rating on bond insurance provider, MBIA Insurance Corp., S&P said.

The outlook incorporates an expectation that Autopista Central will maintain a good financial performance, in line with what was observed in the past five years, the agency said.

Autopista Central's back-loaded amortization structure limits the potential for higher ratings, S&P added.
