S&P ups Eletrans, Autopista Central

S&P said it raised its issue ratings for Eletrans SA to A- from BBB+ and Sociedad Concesionaria Autopista Central SA to A from A-. The agency also affirmed the BBB issue rating for Celeo Redes Operacion Chile SA and removed all three from under criteria observation.

The upgrade follows S&P publishing its revised criteria for project finance on Dec. 14, the agency said.

The outlook is stable.
