Philippines' SM Investments to offer dollar-denominated bonds

Madison, Wis., June 3 - SM Investments Corp.'s board of directors approved the issuance of dollar-denominated bonds with maturity of up to 10 years, according to company announcement on Tuesday.

SM Investments appointed Citi and Standard Chartered Bank as joint lead managers and joint bookrunners.

The Pasay City, Philippines-based company intends to use the offering for general corporate purposes, including refinancing of existing debt.
