Moody's: Russian banks on review

Moody's Interfax Rating Agency said it has placed on review for downgrade the national-scale ratings of four domestic subsidiaries of four Russian financial institutions. The subsidiaries affected are VTB24, SME Bank, DeltaCredit Bank and Khanty-Mansiysk Bank Otkritie PJSC.

The rating actions were prompted by the review of the parental global-scale long-term local currency deposit and issuer ratings.
