Quaker's Small-Cap Value Fund lifts 150-stock minimum investment

By Toni Weeks

San Diego, April 5 - Quaker Investment Trust announced that its Small-Cap Value Fund has modified its principal investment strategy, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Effective immediately, the fund is no longer required to select at least 150 small-cap stocks. It will, however, continue to invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. common stocks of companies with market capitalizations similar to those of companies included in the Russell 2000 and Russell 2500 indexes.

Malvern, Pa.-based Quaker Funds, Inc. serves as the investment adviser to the fund.
