Small Business Corp. of Korea $300 million 10-year note guidance at mid-swaps plus low-to-mid 40 bps area

St. Louis, Sept. 6 - The Small Business Corp. of Korea (SBC) has given initial price guidance of mid-swaps plus a spread in the low-to-mid 40 basis points area on its $300 million offering of 10-year global bonds, according to a market source.

Pricing is expected on Thursday.

Credit Suisse, Merrill Lynch & Co. and UBS Investment Bank are the joint lead managers for the Regulation S transaction.

The notes, which are rated A by Standard & Poor's and A+ by Fitch Ratings, are expected to be listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.

SBC is a non-profit Korean government agency devoted to the implementation of government policies for the promotion of small- and medium-sized businesses.
