Fitch keeps Slovenske elektrarne on watch

Fitch Ratings said that Slovakia-based Slovenske elektrarne AS's BB+ issuer default rating remains on Rating Watch positive following the completion of the privatization of the company to Enel SpA. Its BBB- €195 million senior notes due 2011 remain on Rating Watch evolving pending clarification on the future corporate funding structure.

The agency said it plans to revolve the Rating Watch on both ratings in the coming months when the details of Enel's business plan and financial policy for Slovenske elektrarne are disclosed.
