New Issue: Slovenia sells €1.5 billion 1% notes due 2028 at mid-swaps plus 13 bps

New York, Jan. 11 – The Republic of Slovenia (Baa1/A+/A-) priced €1.5 billion of 1% 10-year notes at 99.654 of par for a yield of 1.036%, or mid-swaps plus 13 basis points, according to a market source on Thursday.
The bonds, which priced last week, have a long first coupon date of March 6, 2019.
Citigroup, Commerzbank, Goldman Sachs International, Jefferies and Nova Ljublijanska Bank were bookrunners of the Regulation S notes.
