By Rebecca Melvin

New York, Jan. 3 – The Republic of Slovenia (Baa1/A+/A-) has mandated banks to manage a planned benchmark offering of euro-denominated 10-year notes, according to a market source on Wednesday.

Citigroup, Commerzbank, Goldman Sachs International Bank, Jefferies and NLB are managing the Regulation S transaction.

The deal is expected to be launched in the near future, subject to market conditions.
