Slovenia guides 10-year euro notes at 120 bps over mid-swaps

By Christine Van Dusen

Atlanta, July 21 – Slovenia gave guidance for a benchmark-sized and euro-denominated offering of 10-year notes at mid-swaps plus 120 basis points, a market source said.

Barclays, Credit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan are the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.

The deal was initially expected to include a 30-year tranche, but plans for that issue were dropped.
