S&P: Slovenia view to positive

Standard & Poor's said it revised its outlook on the Republic of Slovenia to positive and affirmed its A-/A-2 long- and short-term foreign and local currency sovereign credit ratings.

S&P said the outlook revision reflects its opinion that the ongoing economic recovery in Slovenia will broaden further, benefiting fiscal outcomes.

The agency now believes that Slovenia's real GDP will likely rise on average by about 2.1% per year during 2015-2018, about 0.6% higher than it projected at our the review in December 2014, with the composition of economic growth gradually shifting in favor of domestic demand.
