Slovenia talks dollar benchmark notes due 2022 at the low 6% area

Atlanta, Oct. 18 - Slovenia gave initial price guidance in the low 6% area for its planned issue of dollar-denominated and benchmark-sized notes due in 2022 (Baa2/A/A-), a market source said.

BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

A roadshow for the deal ends on Friday.
