Slovenia mandates bookrunners for Regulation S benchmark due 2034

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 2 – The Republic of Slovenia has mandated Barclays, BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, Erste Group, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE and Nova KBM as lead managers for a planned euro-denominated Regulation S offering of a 10-year benchmark due 2034, according to a notice.

The deal is expected to price in the near future and is subject to market conditions, the notice stated.
