By Rebecca Melvin

Concord, N.H., June 21 – The Republic of Slovenia has selected bookrunners and scheduled investor meetings regarding its new sustainability bond framework and euro-denominated sustainability bond transaction, according to a market source.

BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole CIB, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE, JPMorgan and Nova KBM were mandated to arrange a global investor call and a series of investor meetings starting on Monday. Meetings to present the issuer’s new framework will continue on Tuesday, and a bond transaction will follow subject to market conditions.

Credit Agricole CIB acted as sustainability structuring adviser.
