SL Green closes on $400 million term loan due 2024

Chicago, Oct. 20 – SL Green Realty Corp. said in its third-quarter earnings announcement that it closed on a new $400 million term loan facility in October, according to a press release.

There is a $100 million accordion, and the loan matures in April 2024.

Interest is at SOFR plus 140 basis points.

Proceeds were used to repay corporate bonds in October.

The office landlord is based in New York.
