Skyfame pushes Bermuda petition to February; Hong Kong in December

Chicago, Oct. 31 – Hong Kong’s Skyfame Realty (Holdings) Ltd. announced that its winding-up petition will be heard by the Commercial Court of the Supreme Court Bermuda on Feb. 3, 2023.

The winding-up petition presented by Seazen Resources Investment Ltd. for non-payment of $22 million in principal and interest in the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region will be held on Dec. 14.

Skyfame is a Hong Kong-based property development investment holding company.
