Skyfame Realty adjourns winding up petition hearing to Aug. 15

Los Angeles, Aug. 15 – Hong Kong’s Skyfame Realty (Holdings) Ltd. announced that its winding up petition would be heard by the Commercial Court of the Supreme Court Bermuda at 1:30 p.m. ET on Aug. 15.

The winding up petition was adjourned to be heard together with Skyfame’s application for the appointment of “light touch” joint provisional liquidators for debt restructuring purposes, according to a company announcement on Monday.

The winding up petition hearing had been adjourned from 8:30 a.m. ET on Aug. 12.

The joint provisional liquidators’ application hearing had previously been adjourned to Aug. 15 from Aug. 5.

Skyfame is a Hong Kong-based property development investment holding company.
