Fitch rates Skyfame notes B-

Fitch Ratings said it assigned Skyfame Realty (Holdings) Ltd.'s proposed dollar-denominated senior unsecured notes a B- rating with a recovery rating of RR4. Fitch’s issuer rating for Skyframe is B- with a stable outlook.

The notes are rated the same as Skyfame's senior unsecured rating because they will constitute its direct and senior unsecured obligations, the agency said.

The company plans to use the proceeds to refinance debt.
