SKP Securities plans to issue convertibles

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 16 - SKP Securities Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will hold a board of directors meeting on Nov. 19 to consider plans to issue convertible debentures.

The company also is considering issuing equity shares and equity share warrants.

SKP Securities is a Calcutta, India-based investment company.
