Accuride to sell high yield-bonds in first quarter, loan to launch Thursday

St. Louis, Jan. 3 - Accuride Corp. plans to sell high-yield bonds during the first quarter of 2005, according to market sources.

One informed source told Prospect News that the deal is still weeks away.

Lehman Brothers will be the bookrunner listed on the left. UBS Investment Bank will also be involved with the bond offering.

In addition, the company will obtain a $740 million credit facility that is set to launch Thursday. Citigroup is the lead bank on the facility.

Accuride is an Evansville, Ind.-based truck wheel maker.
