Accuride unsecured creditors committee reappointed after resignation

Pittsburgh, Nov. 25 - Accuride Corp.'s official committee of unsecured creditors has been reappointed by acting Region 3 U.S. trustee Roberta A. DeAngelis to reflect the resignation of one member, according to a Wednesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Specifically, Scott Sanderson of B&D Thread Rolling, Inc. has resigned from the committee.

The amended committee is comprised of Dennis Roemlein of the Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA of Houston; James Doseck of Ryerson of Norcross, Ga.; Faith Small of Dawlen Corp. of Jackson, Mich.; and Thomas H. Church of Church Electric located in Erie, Pa.

Accuride, an Evansville, Ind.-based manufacturer and supplier of commercial vehicle components, filed for bankruptcy on Oct. 8. Its Chapter 11 case number is 09-13449.
