Moody's: SK Innovation unchanged

Moody's Investors Service said SK Innovation Co Ltd.'s, previously known as SK Energy Co. Ltd., preliminary 2010 results were in line with its expectations, therefore there is no immediate impact on the company's Baa3 senior bond rating.

The outlook is stable.

The rating reflects SK Innovation's healthy revenue growth in 2010 and steady profitability, Moody's said.
