New Issue: Korea's SK Chemicals sells RMB 950 million 4 1/8% notes of 2016 at par

Atlanta, Sept. 16 - Korea's SK Chemicals Co. Ltd. priced RMB 950 million three-year notes (Baa2/BBB) at par to yield 4 1/8%, a market source said.
BOC Hong Kong and HSBC were the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.
The issuer is a manufacturer and distributer of chemicals.
