Korea's SK Broadband talks $300 million five-year notes at Treasuries plus 175 bps area

Atlanta, Oct. 21 - South Korea's SK Broadband Co. Ltd. set final talk in the Treasuries plus 175 basis points area for its upcoming $300 million issue of five-year notes (expected ratings; /BBB+/BBB+), a market source said.

Barclays, Deutsche Bank and HSBC are the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.

The notes are expected to price on Monday.

The issuer is a telecommunications company based in Seoul.
