S&P gives A- to SK Broadband notes
S&P said it assigned an A- rating to the U.S. dollar-denominated senior unsecured notes that SK Broadband Co. Ltd. plans to issue.
“We equalize the rating on SKB with that on its parent, SK Telecom Co. Ltd. (SKT; A-/stable/--) because we assess SKB to be a core subsidiary of SKT group,” the agency said in a press release.
The company plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes, including repaying debt.
The outlook is stable.
