Sweden’s SEB plans to price dollar-denominated notes

Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 29 – Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB intends to conduct a U.S. dollar-denominated sale of notes, according to a press release.

J.P. Morgan Securities plc, BNP Paribas, Goldman Sachs International, Morgan Stanley, SEB and UBS Investment Bank are the stabilizing managers for the notes, which are expected to have a stabilization period that begins on Tuesday and lasts until Nov. 29.

The financial services company is based in Stockholm.
