Tupelo, Miss., May 9 – Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB priced $1.75 billion of senior notes (Aa2/A+/AA-) in two tranches on Tuesday, according to an informed source.
The issuer sold $1.1 billion of three-year floating-rate notes at Libor plus 43 basis points.
The $650 million of 3.25% three-year fixed-rate notes priced with a spread of 65 bps over Treasuries.
BofA Merrill Lynch, Barclays, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken were the lead managers.
Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken is a Swedish financial group based in Stockholm.
