Hong Kong’s SJM Holdings plans to issue dollar notes

New York, Jan. 19 – SJM Holdings Ltd. plans to issue U.S. dollar-denominated senior notes (expected ratings: Ba2//BB+), which will be listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange, according to an announcement.

The proceeds are earmarked for refinancing syndicated credit facilities and for general corporate purposes.

The lead managers and bookrunners of the Regulation S notes are BNP Paribas, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Macau) Ltd. and Bank of China Ltd., Macau Branch, Banco Nacional Ultramarino, SA, Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. Macau Branch, BOCI Asia Ltd., China Construction Bank Corp. Macau

Branch, China International Capital Corp. Hong Kong Securities Ltd., Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Ltd., Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. Ltd., Tai Fung Bank Ltd., Bank of East Asia, Ltd. and Yue Xiu Securities Co. Ltd. have been appointed as joint bookrunners for the proposed Regulation S notes.

The Hong Kong-based investment holding company is principally engaged in casino gaming businesses.
