Six Flags unsecured creditors committee appointed by U.S. Trustee

Pittsburgh, June 30 - Six Flags Inc.'s official committee of unsecured creditors has been appointed by U.S. Trustee Roberta A. DeAngelis, according to a Tuesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The committee is comprised of John J. Gorman of Austin, Texas; Joseph S. Criscione of Esopus Creek Value of Short Hills, N.J.; Richard Schottenfeld of New York; Robert Conrad of HSBC Bank USA NA, based in New York; Gary Bush of the Bank of New York Mellon, based in New York; Joseph Johnson of the Coca-Cola Co., based in Atlanta; and Susan M. Borland of Whirley Industries of Warren, Pa.

Six Flags, a regional theme park company based in New York, filed for bankruptcy on June 13. Its Chapter 11 case number is 09-12019.
