Moody's changes Sitel view to negative

Moody's Investors Service said it revised the outlook of Sitel LLC to negative from stable.

Sitel's existing ratings, including the Caa1 corporate family rating and Caa1-PD probability of default rating, were affirmed.

Moody's said the outlook change reflects weaker-than-expected operating trends in Sitel's business and Moody's concerns over the company's ability to materially improve its EBITDA and free cash flow over the near- to medium-term.
