Fitch: Sistema-Hals view negative

Fitch Ratings said it changed OJSC Sistema-Hals' outlook to negative from stable.

Ratings are affirmed at long-term issuer default B+, short-term issuer default B and national long-term A-(rus).

The action reflects Fitch's heightened concerns over the issuer's liquidity, which has worsened in recent months and is now significantly weaker than expected, according to the agency.

The company's immediate debt maturities are likely to be met, Fitch noted.

Concerns are partially mitigated by the company's linkage with its 71% shareholder Sistema Joint Stock Financial Corp (BB-/stable), the agency said.
