Sirva to seek amendment of financial covenants during second quarter

New York, May 4 - Sirva Inc. plans to pursue an amendment of financial covenants under its credit facility during the second quarter, according to a 10-Q filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission Friday.

The company believes the amendment would provide greater flexibility as market conditions and other factors continue to impact its results of operations.

Sirva is a Westmont, Ill.-based relocation services provider.
