Sirius Computer to launch new credit facility Wednesday

New York, Nov. 2 - Sirius Computer is scheduled to hold a bank meeting on Wednesday to launch a proposed credit facility, according to a market source.

Credit Suisse is the lead bank on the deal.

Details on the structure of the transaction are still to be determined, the source added.

Proceeds will be used to fund the leveraged buyout of Sirius by Thoma Cressey Equity Partners.

Sirius is a computer hardware and software distributor.
