New Issue: Singapore Airlines lifts 3.13% notes due 2026 to S$430 million

Morgantown, W.Va., Nov. 10 – Singapore Airlines Ltd. announced it increased the issue size of its 10-year notes to S$430 million.

On Tuesday the company priced S$300 million of the notes at par to yield 3.13%.

DBS Bank Ltd. is the dealer.

The series 004 notes will be issued under the airline’s S$2 billion multicurrency medium-term note program.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate or working capital purposes.
