New York, July 9 - Singapore Airlines Ltd. announced the issue of S$500 million of 3.22% fixed-rate medium-term notes due 2020.
The notes priced at par of S$250,000.
The dealers include Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Ltd., DBS Bank Ltd., Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. Ltd. and United Overseas Bank Ltd., with DBS as the principal paying agent.
The Singapore Exchange has in principal approved the first series of notes under the company's S$1 billion multi-currency medium-term note program.
The notes (ISIN: SG7W61959351) are anticipated to be listed and quoted on Monday.
Singapore Airlines was founded in 1947 as Malayan Airways.
