Simpson Thacher elects Azarhk, Daniel, Gluck, Tuchinsky as partners

Chicago, Nov. 18 – Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP announced in a press release that it has promoted four capital markets and banking and credit attorneys to partner membership effective Jan. 1.

David Azarkh practices in capital markets, securities and corporate governance. His clients include investment banks, corporate issuers and private equity sponsors dealing with initial public offerings, Rule 144A high-yield debt offerings, leveraged buyouts, permanent capital vehicle structures, registered follow-on and secondary offerings, tender offers and commitment letters.

Carol Daniel focuses on U.S. capital markets transactions. She represents equity sponsors, issuers and underwriters on high-yield bond offerings, restructurings and initial public offerings, among other corporate finance transactions.

Brian Gluck specializes in banking, credit and acquisition finance.

Jessica Tuchinsky concentrates her practice in banking and credit. She works with lenders and arrangers in handling syndicated loan financings, with a focus on acquisition financings.

Susannah Geltman, Jonathan Lindabury, Wheatly MacNamara, Seema Shah and Sebastian Tiller were also named as partners.
